About Us

The Cobourg Downtown Business Improvement Area (DBIA) is an association of more than 250 businesses located in the heart of Cobourg, Ontario, Canada. Represented by a Board of Management, the DBIA is designated under a municipal by-law and legislated by the province of Ontario. The Cobourg Downtown Business Improvement Area (DBIA) is made up Executives, Board Members, Staff and an Organizational Framework. All members work together to fulfill short term goals and long term strategies.
